I justed wanted to say, other than just the comic, how deeply sad I am over this.  Today I
was home from work, feeling rather on the sick side, but it gave me the opportunity to
see parts of the news and some of the family and friends of the victims.  It occured to
me that I hadn't really said much about it and let my comic go on as it has.

However, this comic is one thing, it's about a group of friends in college enjoying their
adventures.  We enjoyed giving the faculty hell and causing a bit of chaos, but then I
see the tragedy that's happened at Virginia Tech and just very glad that our school
experience never came to that.  College should be about talking about the great classes
you had, the friends you made, and the experiences you've enjoyed collectively.  It
seems so inadequate to say merely that I'm sorry for the loss of your friends and loved
ones.  I wish there was more I could offer.  This is what little I can do.  So let it be said
here and now, for any other writers, posters, fans, whatever that if anyone wishes to
repost this on their page or in a bulletin please do so.  I've signed right below the comic
itself, sign your name and if you know anyone at Virginia Tech then please send it to
them.  It's my other way of saying our thoughts, prayers, and wishes are with them and
the victims families.

Thank you,

Jeremy "Big Dog" Scott
